The theme of Ifi Heritage Center’s third year, 2025, is “Fundraising through Board Development and Governance.” We strongly believe that generous donors’ support is crucial for the success of our programs. We seek board members, program sponsorships, capacity-building, technical assistance donations, and partnerships to further our goals.

Volunteers are integral to any nonprofit, and we genuinely value your time, talent, experience, and influence in aiding us as we strive to realize our vision. Ifi is seeking funding and partnerships for our property acquisition and building program to develop a three to five-acre buildable site with parking and retention ponds as necessary. Through Community Unity, our goal of this building program is to establish the Heritage Center, which would serve as a destination for visitors, provide educational opportunities for students and the community, and create a culturally rich atmosphere in Wimauma. The value is that this center will stimulate commerce, foot traffic, and new business growth in Wimauma. It’s a marvelous initiative that would benefit the community and the County in multiple ways.
